Is Physlog free? Physlog is free to download. The free tier includes core tracking features. A Physlog Premium subscription unlocks unlimited progress photos, full measurement suite, and weekly progress summaries.
Does Physlog require an account? No. Physlog works entirely without an account. No sign-up, no email, nothing. Just download and start tracking.
Is my data private? Yes. All your data — measurements, photos, notes — is stored locally on your device only. We have no servers and no access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Which iPhone models are supported? Physlog requires iOS 17 or later. It is compatible with iPhone models that support iOS 17.
How many photos can I add on the free plan? The free plan includes up to 2 progress photos. Physlog Premium removes this limit entirely.
Can I delete a photo? Yes. Open the photo in the Photos tab, tap and hold, then select Delete.
Are my photos backed up? Physlog stores photos locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings, your photos may be included in your device backup. Physlog itself does not upload photos anywhere.
