The Short Version

Physlog does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no analytics.

What Data Physlog Uses

All data you enter into Physlog — including your weight, body measurements, progress photos, and goals — is stored locally on your iPhone only using Apple's SwiftData framework.

This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it. No one can.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not use analytics tools or crash reporting services
• We do not use advertising SDKs
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other app data
• We do not create user accounts or profiles on any server

Camera & Photo Library

Physlog may request access to your camera and photo library solely to let you take and save progress photos. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Physlog.
